Very pretty game art and sound wise, but unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get past this part.

Also, I didn't know that "rage games" were a thing until today, but the genre definitely lives up to its name. Either that, or I have skill issue when it comes to platformers. Or maybe both.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the art and sound- got to give Hudson (Supahermes) credit for a lot of that.

That's a hard jump to get past, and it's hard to practice because the game punishes you quite a bit for falling. I definitely should have had more playtesting!

If you liked rage games, definitely try out FishCrate if you haven't yet! It's another great submission!

Oh man, FishCrate! Physics-wise, that game was probably more rage-inducing, but I think the checkpoints definitely made it more tolerable.

I did notice that sometimes when I froze, I would land on a fireplace that wasn't at the very bottom. Were the fireplaces supposed to be spaced out in a way that made them act as makeshift checkpoints, or was that unplanned for?

FishCrate was lots of fun! The seals are terrifying!

Landing on fireplaces was intentional! I tried to make it so harder platforming had smaller falls, and the fireplaces helped with that. I thought of making them covered at one point, but that made the game too painful-I didn't want people to have to restart the whole game every time they froze.
