oh yeah. I've had a lot of trouble with this safe too. I bought 10 hulls and made a live rope out of them))))
I'm just gettnig diving gear at this point, i couldn't even drag it up when i DID finally reach it :6roken_heart:
Don't hook onto it, simply grab it directly. Hooking onto it just pulls you down with it, but grabbing it directly will just drag it behind you without pulling on you.
that's what i did, i tried to drag it 6ut it just fell when i tried to rise
