Nice submission! I liked the idea of changing forms, but I also really struggled to get past the first level - it was very tedious to maintain 2 blocks while moving them. But I made it, not without some rage though :)
I couldn't get the top box to stick to the bottom one in time, sorry about that. I hope you enjoyed the other levels more! ^^' Thank you for the feedback!
