Played your game. It's the good old experience :)
Your collisionshapes are a little hard to predict sometimes. I often died without visually touching anything, which is really frustrating and might get users to ragequit your game.

If you have time you might also want to add sound (or fix the bug that made it play no audio) and yeah... your game might profit from the use of a color-palette.

Besides from that I love the overall-idea to bring a competitive multiplayer-froggeras a web-version to boring  offices and IT-classrooms. Good job ;)

new release has updated the precission, enabled audio: however it needs to click or press Enter on game to hear the sounds because of standard html configs, play again see collision have been changed and then we know are they ok.
