Nice little game you've got here. Short and simple, but yet it's still engaging and fun. Swinging the sword feels quite good too, while making them fly across the screen without killing it is not exactly what should happens (I thought), it nevertheless is so funny to see. I also like the fact that you need to put yourself back into the shrine once in a while, and it really adds to those split decision or whether risk it and fight or recover some health. Nice idea.

So for a bit of constructive criticism, I'd say the game doesn't change difficulty or adding new stuffs over time is a huge bummer, and will just created infinitely long runs which is not ideal. Another big issues is that it doesn't feel like there is any penalty when the enemies hit the shrine. There is good visual effects alright and I really expect it to break after a few hits, maybe it's a bug or lack of time to implement? I don't know.

Anyway, I'd say this is quite a nice game and you've done a great job! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for playing! Time limitations forced me to cut a planned "wave system" and ending which would've made the game a bit more concise. The shrine does break after a while, but has like 25 health or something (should've lowered it). If I ever come back to it, I'll probably include all your points here. Also, I'll add your high score to the leaderboard!
