Terrible game to have le funny wheel on, I don't got the TIME to look at what's in effect right now brother

Are these original bullet maps or did you borrow them from touhou? I'm not that map savvy to recognize them like that, but if they're originals, you're pretty good at designing them, felt just like the real deal, same for the music. I don't know if the bomb and slow were wheel-locked , but they never worked for me and it was a bummer.

Best shmup I've played here, great maps.

small edit, did the bomb actually just not work at all? its supposed to be when the spell bar is full = 1 bomb. i had some input issues that cost me like 4 hours or something on the last couple days, but i thought i got through all of them


uhh yea i agree the theme is maybe not a good fit, i couldnt really think of anything else than that and just "shmup but it spins lol", i had the text in the bottom right of the game corner and it was kinda readable as you played but it covered like where u would also stand to dodge soo..


the first pattern is kinda just ripoff of cirno icicle fall, and the last one is a ripoff of queen larsa ultra final from mushihimesama 2, at least as far as i remember those are the only like straight up ripoffs, the other are just putting in random stuff in the projectile system and just kinda freestyling. i spent most of the time working on the projectile system so thats one of the reason why i ran out of time for stuff that should have just been included from the start. kiiinda cranked the lives up and just put the bomb in a middleground where u cant spam it, but u can kinda bullet cancel and it drops points to fill and u can bomb basically once every attack. the wheel is kinda just supposed to be unfair as well.

Tried one more time just now just to make sure I wasn't trying to use it without the spell bar and still got no bomb. Beat my high score though, so nothing to bitch about.

I liked the amount of lives, just enough to be able to enjoy the music and the maps and die gracefully after the wheel fucks me over. Will follow you because I dream of making a bullet hell VN one day and now I can say I know a guy when it comes to fruition. Keep making them maps I'll be back

dang yo, that definitely changes the game lol, it was balanced for like 4-5 lives and 5-15 bombs kinda, wish you luck on your bullet hell mission, for me it was really just making like a robust bullet spawning system and just making editor scripts to make like a visual graph type thing to spawn them. i need to rewrite the aiming entirely though, so im kinda burnt ... but got like 70% of the kit done to make a full game at this point so i have to keep at it!
