This was a great, uncomfortable playthrough. I thought it was super impactful with how it deals with guilt, but also the dehumanization that occurs for both the victim and the perpetrator. I think it portrays dissociation and blind rage effectively, and you actively hate what you're doing whilst enjoying the FPS mechanics at the same time. This game speaks to current geopolitical conflict, and whilst I think the seemingly hebrew newspaper is a little too on-the-nose, the game speaks as a powerful piece on conflict, dehumanization and coping with the guilt. Also loved the sound design and PSX style!

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! Tricky when making a game pertaining to current events, since you wanna be vague as you can yet also want the game to be a statement on it. I now realize that you don't need to be too specific, and making the game itself be as thought provoking as you can, letting the players draw their own conclusions, will be just as effective. When making the newspaper it just didn't sit right with me to keep it all in the Latin alphabet. Seemed boring, far from the topic, etc. Thank you for your kind words, and I'm glad that you enjoy the visuals and sounds, as I spend a long time getting them down!
