I can't imagine how much more challenging/stressful it would be to have to read all the text on the walls in your non-native language. If it was a fully developed game, we would definitely want to make it more linguistically accessible. We did want to have an interactive tutorial, instead of having to rely on the visual/text stuff, but just not enough time. The wonky physics when the inventory is full is because the tetras collide with you instead of being collected, so they will push you against a wall. That part is intentional, though.
