I'm really impressed by this submission - pretty well polished and has an incredibly complex set of game mechanics for such a short jam. Will definitely keep an eye on this one if it continues to be developed!

I think the other comments have given most of the critical feedback I would provide; I guess my one addition would be that I think having a prompt for the menu button available while you're playing would be nice (I clicked it at one point during my playthrough while just checking out all the UI elements and it seemed that I wasn't able to resume my session after that; when I clicked play it gave me a fresh start).

Thanks for playing! We do play on updating this some more so stay tuned! That is good feedback too about the Menu button. We will look into presenting a modal before it just kicks you out of the session.

Thanks! Went a little wild with the mechanics on the back end without thinking of a great way to present them to a player with the given timelines. Generally we try and design systems at the start to be really scalable, put the content in, and then move on. When we have all the systems in we can go back and add more stuff (like the losing/penalty quests in the quest system). The menu prompt is a good idea, or at the very least probably persist the playthrough...

Thank you for playing and taking the time to give us great feedback!
