I think they would never do that, Hyper is Straight as they said in the story… Even I want Hyper Route but in their replys about “Hyper Route” comments they said they wont do it.
In what part of the story did the dev explicitly state that Hyper was "Straight"? We are shown he's got a girlfriend and that's it, dude might still like men. Also, the creator of the game can do whatever the hell they want with their characters. Unless Hyper not having a route is extremely important to the dev , then there's always hope.
