Which .dll is missing? I packaged it for Windows 10, so that is likely the case. I'll see if I can get something working.

Yeah I tried to install the dll but I don't think it works with Win7. Downloaded and restarted my computer and it still gave me this error message. :(

Not a problem! I put a new build up and made sure it runs on my old Windows 7 laptop. Let me know if it works for you.
