Oh come on, you're saying that it was hard to make logical mechanics? Couldn't you have made Mei cross alone and leave the party behind, then, I don't know, find a rope and use it to help the party climb the obstacle, would that have really been hard to make?
Also, I understand that game jams impose short schedules but once the game jam is over and you become free of time pressure, why don't you develop and polish your creation further to find out what you could achieve with more time to dedicate to it?
By the way, when Gion uses his superheating perk, he says "Time to hit things up!" instead of "Time to heat things up!"... ;-3
About the puzzle mode, why the 4 party members don't appear simultaneously on the screen?
I like the mechanic of switching from one another in different places, but it feels weird that the 3 others just vanish when I switch to one...
Why can't you make all of the party members stay visible at their locations while switching from one another?

I mean, you chose a futuristic sci-fi theme for your game and you use the steam-punk mecha as a boss? Don't you feel that it is completely off-topic with your theme? :-3
If you had only the default RPG Maker MV resources to make your game, you could have at least used the SF_Machine to stay consistent with your theme. ;-3
May I suggest you to remove the General's ability to reanimate the soldiers? It makes the boss fight uselessly long and boring as it is repetitive.
I don't mind long battles when they are fun. But this one is not. It has no variety. It is repetitive. It consists of beating the same soldiers again and again instead of focusing on the boss. It is boring.
Moreover, if you lose this battle, you have to repeat the 2 cyborgs battles again because there is no break between the 3 battles.
And it is annoying to have to repeat 3 battles just because you lost the third.
So may I suggest a change of pace to make this experience more enjoyable?
Instead of the General throwing everything in a row at you, he could just order Bella to capture you then leave.
Then you defeat Bella and you are free to explore again, which gives you the ability to save so you don't have to repeat Bella battle, even if it is easy.
So you go after the General, he expresses his disappointment of Bella not being able to capture you, yada yada, and he orders Kael to capture you and leaves once again.
So you defeat Kael then are free to explore and save again.
THEN you go after the General and he was awaiting you aboard his mecha.
To sum it up, you have to add 2 more maps, one for Kael battle and the other for the General's mecha encounter, because you defeat Bella at the entrance of the facility, as it already is the case, then you go after the General because he left you alone with Bella, so you arrive into a new map, in this map you encounter the General who throws Kael at you then leaves the map, you battle and defeat Kael, then you save and resume your pursuit of the General and arrive into a new map where he was awaiting you aboard the SF_Machine (because I expect you to replace the off-topic steam-punk mecha with the more consistent SF_Machine ;-p), he blows your party out of the building and it resumes the game as it currently is, the cutscene and the boss battle in front of the damaged facility.
By making these changes, you allow players to save between each battle and not have to repeat all over again if they lose one of them, moreover you add a bit more of content to explore in the game, what do you think? ;-)

Then may I suggest you another advice?
If you create something new before fixing your previous mistakes, then you risk repeating the same mistakes as you didn't learn to fix them and earn the experience to do better.
Before working on a new project, you better first come back to your previous work, understand your mistakes and fix them to improve your previous work and learn to become a better developer so you can do better in your current project. ;-)
Moreover, I cannot finish your game because I lost to the General 2 times already, the first time I tried to get rid of the soldiers every time he reanimated them in order to focus on his mecha, I lost because no matter how many times I beat his annoying soldiers, he kept reanimating them again and again, which made the battle an endless loop, so the second time I tried to focus on the mecha and ignore the soldiers and I got my ass beaten because I was taking damage from 3 sides. So I am annoyed and I really can't be bothered to repeat all battles again knowing that nothing will change.
So basically, I need you to make the changes that I suggested to make the experience more enjoyable in order to finish your game, I am stuck in boringness and am waiting for you to continue what I started.
At least remove the General's ability to reanimate the soldiers and upload the update to allow me to enjoy this boss battle which blocks my way. :-3
And while you are at it, please replace the steam-punk mecha with the SF_Machine to make it more consistent with the theme of the game! ;-p
