Cute little game you got there, with some really annoying birds! :) There are parts of the game that you can walk on the water for a bit. Also, a touch of music and sound effects could help immensely. Still, very enjoyable.
And I agree about missing music/sound effects, I didn't have sound as a priority (quite the opposite), but I will definitely change that for the next Jam.
