AppData is hidden in Windows by default. In order to have it show for you, you'd need to do this:

Open your Windows Explorer
Click on the 'View' tab on the ribbon (located at the top of the window)
Look for a checkbox labeled 'Hidden items' and, in case it isn't checked, check it.

The AppData folder should now show up where it's supposed to, along with all the other folders you'll need inside of it.

Thank you! I found the folder. Mod isn't working properly in the game but it might be outdated. idk

Actually, I managed to figure it out a little bit after. The mod works just fine, I was just being dumb bc I didn't see it right away. Its the diverse idols mod

I was still searching why the mods were already in the game and not working. The Diverse Idols Mod is there and I keep on pressing Enable button when it is already enabled with green color. Lol silly me,

Is it possible that the game was installed by another user on your computer?

If not, then you should try typing %appdata% into the Windows Explorer address bar, which should take you directly to AppData\Roaming. From there, you should be able to get to AppData\LocalLow, in case it actually exists on your machine.
