Your account was approved about 12 days ago and we replied in the support ticket you opened confirming. Perhaps the email got lost somewhere? Try sending your backer email again as it should go through now.
Edit: I believe there is something about how you’re sending the email that is interfering with our support system, are you sending an email from on account on behalf of another or something else? Please ensure you send an email using the address that owns the account.
