Admin radio silence for 21 days. Is something up?

Hi all,

I tried to send keys of my game to my Kickstarter backers, but need admin approval to do this for the first time. It's been 21 days since I received word from them, and still haven't received that approval, with no apparent explanation. Does anyone know about anything that's going on that would explain the radio silence? I'm 100% sure that I'm sending to support@itch.io , but received only 1 reply, 21 days ago, and nothing after that. I thought maybe it was just the holidays and everyone's on vacation, but I do see admin activity. Help! :)

Your account was approved about 12 days ago and we replied in the support ticket you opened confirming. Perhaps the email got lost somewhere? Try sending your backer email again as it should go through now.

Edit: I believe there is something about how you’re sending the email that is interfering with our support system, are you sending an email from on account on behalf of another or something else? Please ensure you send an email using the address that owns the account.

Hi Leafo,

I can't find any e-mail from Itch.io after the one on Tuesday 3rd asking to contact from another address. Strange! But regardless, thank you for letting me know that it should work now. I tried it right away, and my backers have now received their keys.

Hello, sorry for writing to you in such a weird place but i can't find any other way to contact you. I saw some threads where people deleted their files from game jam project by mistake and you helped them out. Could you please help me bring my files back too? I would be very thankful. If any files are needed i can send them

Please do not reply in other people’s threads with your own issue. Deleted files are permanently removed and we can’t bring them back. If the jam host wants to let you submit again, confirm with them, remove your game from the jam, upload new files, then get the late submit link from them to add your game back to the jam.
