Hey all, it appears that a few ISPs are having connectivity issues with our CDN. Our services are up and running and we are not experiencing any downtime on our end. I’ll try contact our CDN to see if they are having any service issues at any of their local points of presence. If you could reply to me with what ISP you’re using (and where in the world) if you’re having issues accessing files/images that would be helpful.

Thanks

PLDT (Philippines)

(Probably related.)

PLDT (Philippines)

This isn't a localized issue. Thumbnails are referring to img.itch.zone which is unreachable and not just from the Philippines.

Not really. Most, but maybe not all "down detectors" check if they can reach a "web page". In the case of most CDNs, they don't have one and most like are using a different domain name compared to their company's webpage.

Those tools will just load https://img.itch.zone/ which always return an error code since it’s not a valid image URL for our image processing server. It’s not a good way to detect if any of our specific services are responding.

help

So, I used a Free VPN (which is a terrible move, I know, I just wanted to verify and stuff) and it works now. The images load, the games load and download although it took multiple retries. How come it was ok before?  Can my comment be of any help at all?

Hello! I'm experiencing problem on the website. When I play or download a game. It always end up in "Can't reach this page" I've followed a lot of tutorial to fix this but it doesn't work. All of the devices I use does the same. My ISP is PLDT from Philippines. Hope it will fix soon because I really love Itch.io!

I'm using Vodafone (former UPC, from Hungary). Thanks.
