I really missed some more SFX in the game, it makes a huge difference when you have audio input of what you are doing.

The game feels too floaty. It is not bad to navigate around, but being stuck in the air for too long when jumping is a little tedious. Also, not being able to fire when jumping leaves you very vulnerable when it takes too long to land again.

The AI messed me a few times because they would get in ramps  where I couldn't jump them just push them around. Maybe disabling them when they are not in your view could be a good solution overall, because you can kill them from a long distance without they reacting to it.

I feel like you die pretty fast, one small mistake and you have 10 bullets in your torso.

By polishing these aspects your game could improve quite a lot, but I must admit that I had fun fooling around with the guards 😜.

Thanks for your input! SFX is something I really need to work on, poor planning on my part. I like your idea about disabling them when not in range, I might steal that.

Seeing that you have used Godot, take a look at the VisibilityEnabler node, it has this exact same function and it is really easy to implement (just put it in your enemies and adjust the visibility range!)

Thanks for the help! I'll probably take a little break from this project, but I'm sure to come back to it at some point.
