The Morgana bug was a short-lived issue that was cleared up ages ago so you should be good to progress from that point once you're back up and running again.
Saves can be found in your "game/save" folder and use "page-save number" formatting. Just fish out the latest one and shoot it to me if you find you still can't get the girls pregnant :)

It was the simple fact of not having the Nexus on my map, manor, whatever.
Good now, appreciate the offer…but i’m glad you don’t need to dig through my save, although I’m sure its much more english on your end–still a pain.
