A very interesting concept for a game, especially since mental health is so important.
While I found the therapy sessions interesting and they provided avenues to explore the mental health concepts you’re talking about, I sometimes felt overwhelmed by seeing each wall of text during the session. You might consider trimming those sections down — or another option might be to break those sections up into smaller segments on the screen. The player would have to click more, but the amount of text on one the screen would feel more bite sized.
