I can't play the first night it crashes on me before i can get into the game

I'm kind of experiencing this issue as well.
The menu works fine, but it's when I try to start off the interview when the loading screen freezes, and I can't do very much of anything.
I also try starting off the shift and the loading screen freezes, but the dialogue to toggle the flashlight begins despite the loading screen being frozen.
