I’m not sure yet because I haven’t gotten around to it yet and I’m not sure where to find the patch.

The only other question I have on my mind involves mostly what a person should do while the issues are being worked on through the patches. And that one question is if it is advisable to hold onto the downloaded file while the patches are in the process of being made or if the person deletes the file and waits until the patches are made and the issues rectified before downloading the file again? I asked the same question to Dr-Black-Jack and they told me that they weren’t sure of why the freezing and crashing was happening, but that you, him and the others that have worked on the game are looking into the problems and that people are free to download any of the patches that show up on the itch.io page with the full game and to extract them to the same folder as the main game without any fear of any progress being lost (despite that I haven’t really made any progress yet due to the following issues I have been experiencing). I would assume that the decision would mostly be up to whoever downloaded the game, but it wouldn’t hurt to ask for the input of someone who worked on the project. You don’t have to answer the following question if you don’t want to and I understand that you and the other members of both development teams are busy with looking into the problems as well as any other projects or anything else outside of the “Five Nights With Fatties” series, but I was just a little bit curious.

Update: After deleting and downloading the file once again, it is working now because I am no longer experiencing any crashing or freezing on the loading screen. If I encounter any more bugs or other technical issues, I'll be sure to let you know whenever I can.

This is great to hear!

Indeed.

Yeah it's mostly up to the individual! You can delete it and launch the new build and your save will still be fine. The save is stored within the appdata and can also be deleted of course! But yeah there's no downsides to deleting or keeping a build!

Okay, good to know. Thanks for the confirmation.
