Reroll exists, because there would be 6th side left empty and I didn't want to complicate game further.

Ah cool! That makes total sense :). Would it have severely changed the game's balance if you repeated one of the other tiles twice?
Another thing you could have done is make it a "Extra Points" roll instead of just a reroll. That way it doesn't feel completely pointless as you'll get a few extra points for landing on there and then rerolling
