With version 22.6, with switched to renpy 7.5.0, then to 7.5.1 with version 22.7.
Some antivirus don't react very well with latest versions of the engine and need some time to mark the engine as safe.
Did you try to disable your antivirus and launch the game?
Does launching the 32b version changes anything?

Can you clean the save/persistent folders?
You need to delete/move the following folders:
C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\LoSe_20_1-1512630773 C:\<THE_PATH_OF_THE_GAME>\Love & Sex Second Base\game\saves
Once the two folders are deleted/moved, launch the game.
Probably unrelated but..., the windows path is limited to 256 characters.
You can try to move the folder directly in the root folder of your hard drive.
