Firstly let me just say the graphics and music are great, I love the gritty city background and the dystopian future feel, I will say that the platforms you can jump on are extremely hard to see in some cases leading to me getting a bit stuck towards the beginning, the game plays OK I just don't understand why jumping would slow my speed down? it just feels frustrating and harder to time jumps, the jump also feels quite floaty which I feel was a bit strange feeling, the box movement was also a decent small puzzle aspect however the colliders seem to be a bit bugged as the vibrate whilst moving and could sometimes get stuck, I love the witty writing and humour of the robots (especially the ones hidden away a bit) and the story was enjoyable, it does seem to be influenced by Stray which I haven't played so that seems neat, also bonus points because cat.

Thanks for the critique! I agree that the movement is definitely buggy. I wrote the player movement script from scratch and did it quick and dirty. (if you use Unity) I used the Translate Function for left and right movement and the rigidbody.AddForce for the jumps. I slowed the speed down for the jumps that way the character couldn't fly across huge gaps while jumping. It definitely took away from the movement experience, but I felt it made it more challenging so I decided to stick with it.
