Heyo! I don’t know where to send this issue but after PATS is installed, on a fresh run of the new update, and nav becomes phone dependent, I get his issue. 
I’m running it on Android, if there’s any details I can provide to better help debug this lmk or if I’ve made a mistake along the way any tips are appreciated.
What worked for me (playing on PC) is hit Back and while Zorro is still talking with you, right click to open the phone interface. You'll notice that the GPS and PATS apps are there already, open either one of them and without closing it, right click again to leave the phone menu and finish the conversation.
Though it's not a perfect solution, since it goes back to this one whenever you return back home or talk with Zorro again.
