You cannot upload any new files to the project page. You can only change the text/images displayed there.

So, we can change text/images, on our game page during rating, right? Can we do some updates, of game files, after the rating time?
Yes, after the rating period has ended you can upload updated files to the project page. It's nice if you keep the original jam version there for posterity.
