Please for the love of god i hate the fighting in the game, i dont know why you are all so annoying with your "skill issue". The figthing in this game is UNBALANCED! you get thrown into the game 2 girls you need to fight.. easy.. then all of a sudden you need to defeat some kind of elden ring ass creatures... i like this game, dont get me wrong, but it us unplayable(not only for me, i saw a couple of comment about it on here, and i asked a friend to play it. he often plays 2d fighting games but he didnt even get the thick mushroom futa!).
I would love to come back to this game, but it is at an unplayable state!
I've felt your pain. Took me over 3 hours to complete all the current content. The bosses were difficult but you need a lot of soup, lots of rolling and double jumping. I accidentally did the mushroom futa early so I only had the whip and 3 bowls of soup, that took about 25 tries. It's just working out the patterns learning when you double jump, roll and dash. You'll get there.
I actually really like that it feels like an old-school challenging side scroller. It feels like a real game but in a way that doesn't take away from the NSFW content in my opinion. And I'm never the guy to be like "just get good" lol I think that attitude is annoying. However, while I have been frustrated over some bosses, the payoff when you do defeat them is totally worth it! Because of the h-scenes and weapons and such. Also, a lot of the game is about grinding and stocking inventory. Just kill 20 mushrooms and buy 10 soups and you'll be set lol. Patience is the key :)
I agree. I know it's a meme to just tell people to "git gud" or "skill issue" when a player is struggling but it does come across as condescending and a bit gate keeping when people don't provide actual help to people who are struggling in some games, which I find annoying to see.
As for the person having trouble in the game, I suggest using the bow and stockpiling on lot of mushroom soup at the store.
Maybe Mofu can provide a selectable difficulty option in the official release, as well as new item in the shop to buy that could buff the player, such as double the attack temporarily or halves the damage temporarily. Sorry again to the player who is having difficulties with the game and I hope you persevere.
