The first boss? Does it give you any messages? What does it say in the log? And you swapped parts right, because sowilo is meant to be almost useless.

[Edit] Now that I think about it, I forgot to tell players how to swap parts, didn't I? I'll add the instructions later, but for now I'll tell you how. You choose your head (red area), then choose swap, then choose which part you want to exchange from the enemy's parts (blue area). If swapping wasn't the issue, I'll need more information since it's working fine with me.
