There are certainly no instances where the game's speed is being increased or decreased, but this does seems weird. Maybe it displays the wrong KPS. I'll have to check that out :)

Update:

The first thing I noticed straight away was that the minimum training time of 15 seconds may well actually be 25 seconds. It was 25 seconds as soon as I opened the game, then I maxed Book of Law from level 4 to full and it is still at 25 seconds.

The +S and -S buttons at the Military Academy remain the same, not +So and -So that the update notes suggest.

Going to try MRPG now...

EDIT 1: What's with the Karma per second cap? I have only recently reached 1e200 and now gains are down to a snails pace.

There is probably something wrong with the calculation of the Training Center's speed, I'll have to check it out

I totally forgot about the Military Academy, thanks for pointing it out :D

And I've decided to add a Karma Cap, just for balancing

Training centre is stuck at 26, not 25. Like 25.2 or something.

Maybe it did go down as I increased the training time, though not by much at all. The time was definitely 20-something to begin with. 

But now that I see that I was wrong about the '25', I see that I may have been wrong about the 'always'!

Note that when the Training time is lower than 60 seconds there are diminishing returns when it comes to decreasing the time any further. The new cap is 15 seconds, but it's harder to reach due to this change. But the "Book of Law* has a second effect now: when the Training Center's training time is 60 seconds or lower, it trains additional Disciples as well

Yeah, that is a great help. 870/m is boosting all my numbers. I got another achievement to further boost the Training speed 7.5%, but it did nothing. 'Diminishing returns' are relative, I guess. There is no way to tell how diminished they are.

MRPG:

Kinda sucks that speed has been heavily lowered again due to gaining half a level per level bought.

The HP number thing hasn't been fixed. My current HP now is 11.44k/1615599 HP, with 'HP' on the line below. Abbreviation needed for Max HP.

Lick wounds spell doesn't work, at all.  Not base healing not % healing. I expect it will take me a while to hit the new ridiculous maximum of 1.6 million HP.

Interesting other things though. I actually have a specific build rather than just maxing out everything like before.

EDIT: OK. That was a weird bug with Lick Wounds. The first time I got it, it increased my Max HP  to 1.6 million, but didn't heal me. Upon leaving and returning, my HP is a normal amount.

I removed then added Lick Wounds again and my HP went crazy again. So I left and  returned again and HP and Lick Wounds seems to be OK. But without resetting all my skills, I have no way of checking if the spell works now.

Anyway, Lick Wounds is bugged in a few ways at least.

EDIT 2: The first time round, I was gaining half-a-level per level, as mentioned above, but now everything is back to normal. Probably a few more bugs in here.

EDIT 3: My dodge chance is 1872.5%. This feels a little high. Also, my Crit Chance is 165%, which also seems a little like overkill. I was hoping that Bonus XP gain or skill points per level  was affected in a similar fashion as Dodge chance, but no such luck ;)

EDIT 4: It seems that raising any skill increases HP to a crazy level, not just Lick Wounds. It also raises Crit Chance and Dodge Chance to those crazy levels. Leaving and returning to the game makes everything normal again.

EDIT 5: Last edit as I'm off to bed. I don't earn XP any more, not from monsters or from being Idle. I am level 768, maybe this is over the limit or maybe just another bug?

There is another thing with MRPG that I'm not sure is intentional.

Now that you added the minus-button to skills, you can get all the advanced skills and then remove earlier skills afterwards, skills that were essential for the later skills to be unlocked.

I thought it wasn't possible to do that, at least when I tested it the "minus" button was greyed out. Well, I'll take a look when I can :D

One of my veterans has become a commando but obviously does not show up yet. Will it be remembered when you implement the last three Disciple types or is it lost to the winds?

It's nice to have pretty much caught up with the current content. Quite a ways from maxing out all the upgrades, but making a dent in them for sure.

Some thing good that did come from the last update is that my game no longer crashes when I leave it open for a length of time. Though I fear that this will cause you further problems if you didn't intentionally stop these crashes.  From what I know of coders, the game not working and you not knowing why is just as bad as the game working and you not knowing why!

So with this cap, there is no point doing any resets as I won't get anywhere near where I am now. I will just work on the houses. Any idea on when the game will be working again? 

MRPG is working but I won't be gaining another level before our sun goes supernova. I make about 1,000 xp a second and I need 4.3ud for my next level up!

When I get the next stage ready, which will take at least a few months before I can release it, I'll remove the cap or at least set it a little higher, as 1e303 is the goal to reach, but the game is far from being ready to be over :D

About MRPG: what level are you again? Over 1000? I'll have to add lots and lots more stages, enemies and all that before you can even think of gaining levels, that's true :D

I was hoping to reach at least a centillion, but I guess I'll have to wait a while :'(

I think I mentioned an idea for where to go with the game once a centillion has been reached and True Disciples are being created. In case I didn't mention it and just thought it, a True Disciple could become a sort of God / Neo / Ultimate version of Meowruto. Sort of like a complete game prestige. The game as we know it now would still run, but the point of it would be to generate True Disciple Cats which could basically restart the game but with new story, new limits, whatever you want.

As I write all this I am 99.9% certain that I said all this before. 

As with any game these days, a Discord page is worthwhile for gaining a lasting community. Even a fairly crap game will keep its fanbase if it has an open and friendly community holding it together.

I know that there is a dev reason why you need to introduce these caps, but I don't get why there needs to be any caps at all. I want to get all the achievements and have ridiculous numbers of everything. NOW NOW NOW!!! Miao (Chinese for Meow!)

And the plus side, I guess, is that I can just sit back and let my homes and population grow. By the time caps are lifted and the final disciples are added, I will hopefully have everything except the centillion.

Are there rules in the gaps 23-26 and 30-33? Rule #9 is the only one apart from the smilies that doesn't end with  correct punctuation.

With the KPS cap I now realise where the extra was coming from. The cats all generate KPS as well. I just rarely look at the first page anymore.
