I couldn't find a powerful strategy for beating the boss quickly, or at least I didn't think unlocking abilities was worth the time, so I pounced on the boss and finished the game in 10:38. For some reason, OBS didn't record the first 5 seconds of the race, but I started the timer as soon as I pressed play on the title screen.
