Really cool! The player animations are really smooth. To be honest, the gameplay was a bit lacking. In combat, the grappling hook being your weapon is good in theory, but here it just pulls you towards enemies causing you to get damaged. The best strategy is to avoid combat altogether though, as dying can be very punishing and the enemies are very slow and have no pathfinding. If you must fight, the best way to do so is spamming left click which probably isn't ideal. Also, wandering the map aimlessly for most of the gameplay was not really fun. The level design also meant you not only didn't know where to go but ended up following whole routes ending in dead ends. Having a minimap would pretty much fix this entire issue and make the game much more fun. The transitions between music was really jarring too. Controlling the character felt good though, and the movement was really smooth. Well done!

It does have a minimap, hold E it opens it up it. Tells you player location and item locations so you don't have to wander aimlessly, it tells you the whole map structure too

Ah ok, probably should have been in the in-game tutorial.

(it is) after the first metal area thingy. Prob should emphasize it more, ig its easy to miss

LOL, once I have time I’ll try to replay the intended way. Thanks for your patience (:

(wait i also realized you said the grappling hook pulls you in, uhh it doesnt anymore?, you mustve played an old build)
