The game was created as a work in progress, the plan was to load a new map once the player reached a point in the hallway

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's a bit buggy and rough but it was a lot of fun to make :)

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately most of this game was made the day before the game jam ended, and @NB_Art and @Forrestcyang did a phenomenal job with the art and sound. If we had an extra day we would've been able to clean up a lot more of the rough edges and I may release an updated version with some of the changes I made after the Jam was over!

Super fun game idea, I spent a while playing it and upgrading everything! Only complaint would be that the buttons sometimes didn't work for upgrading and that I couldn't see most of them at first and I thought my only option was the spacebar haha

Game was fun, I got a bit confused at how the enemies worked but I figured it out towards the end haha. Is there a final wave or does it just keep continuing?

At first I wasn't sure where the idea was going, but I ended up enjoying it! It was difficult to keep my other cars alive, the challenge of manage multiple vehicles was a fun idea

I see we both had a very similar idea for this game jam! I liked your implementation of it, one small thing that had me a little frustrated was the inability to see hazards below as I had to jump down, made me sad when I died :( otherwise well done!

Thank you! Unfortunately we were working hard on a lot of aspects right up until the deadline and realized after that a variable wasn't declared globally to set the cooldown of the dimension shift to about 1 second..... oops!

Cool idea! Unfortunately I kept dying a lot haha, the blinking was tough to use and maybe should allow for a little leeway to use it without the likeliness of dying

This is beautiful, I absolutely loved this game!

I cannot believe I got rick rolled in a game jam. Well played!

Wonderfully done, I'm glad I didn't get a seizure but other than that I was engaged the whole time!

Biggest suggestion would be to get the animations flowing a little smoother. Although I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy holding down block and gliding around the map!

I had fun with this one! A suggestion would be to make the fireballs a little brighter as I got confused what hit me the first time

Thank you! A lot of work and Mountain Dew went into it!

Unfortunately level design was a very last minute attempt, I can assure you it's possible but we really appreciate the feedback!

Thanks for playing!

Fun game, I enjoyed the banter between the robot and player

This game makes you FEEL like superman

Skeleton kicked me to death. 10/10 would recommend

I liked how the katana cocks when you pick it up

I hate cake

Really creative, nicely done!

UUAAAGH UUUAAAGH UUUAAAGH

Game was a lot of fun, astronaut absolutely smoked me

looks good!

Your model captures the style PERFECTLY, honestly I'd love to see it used again in a more fleshed out game, great concept!

Thanks for the kind words and feedback, I have a bunch of ideas for adding on to this and I think they'll be really fun once it's finished. At a minimum though I learned a lot about making a 3D game and have a pretty good character script set up now for future games!

Thanks so much for trying it out, my original idea was to take a 3D platform style approach and add the cube gimmick and try to focus gameplay around that gimmick. I came up with a bunch of ideas and unfortunately I ended up spending too much time perfecting lighting, animations, and movement as well as the simple switch effect. I was actually in the middle of downloading some basic sound effects when I decided I was about to fall asleep and needed to submit it haha, hopefully I can come out with a full version soon that delivers a full functioning game!

I had so many ideas for this one haha, I was going to use areas with boxes be a space where if you were in cube form patrolling guards and swinging surveillance cameras wouldn't spot you. It was going to be puzzle platform based and allow for some cheeky ways to take out guards along the way, I still am working on it because I liked where it was going but it's definitely more of a several week project than just a weekend one.

Absolutely brilliant game, there was some stick to the controls in a few areas but I loved everything else about it! Really cool concept and art design, the game wasn't too difficult but it made me feel smart when I overcame an obstacle, honestly reminded me of Portal. Good job!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I actually am releasing an update by tomorrow to clean up a lot of the rough edges on gameplay experience and I'm hoping it will fix a lot of issues

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for trying it!

Thank you very much for the feedback, I'm still working on an update to improve a lot of those aspects you mentioned! The velocity loss is a toss up of i keep it, one hand it gives the player more fine tuned control, on the other it doesn't feel very natural.

A suggestion I'd make is to make the movement move rigid and tile based, visually it looks great and was a fun play, but the movement felt out of place.

Hilariously simple yet difficult, well made!

Super fun and clean, game mechanics were intuitive and enjoyable

I enjoyed this a lot! One thing to note is that on one of the levels, after I de-synced my hologram missed his shots and died ruining my run :(
