A very fun and well implemented concept! It got a bit hard at the end, but I find it really funny and likable! Nice work!

I really like this project! At first I thought the theme interpretation of this game was pretty weka, but I didn't realize the blackhole was getting bigger after I read th GDD, so thumbs up from me!

I would definitelly love to play the full version of this game! Good work!

For me, the enemies spawn way to quickly for me to process. The highest percantage I was able to achieve was 3% and I don't even know if that's good or not.

I do like the idea tho. It sounds funny and if it was worked on a bit more, I think it would be great to play!

It reminds me of something you would see on a flash page in like 2005 and I like it! I do admit that I don't like the controls, because the hands seem to be stuck o nalmost anything, but the art and the music make up for it. Good work!

I enjoyed the game a lot, but unfortunatelly I don't think I've completely grassped the theme of the spreading. I didn't realize the red parts of the cave was supposed to be the flesh until I've read the documentation.

Since the cave have most likely been visited before by other human beings, I would've appreciated some sorts of other light sources spreaded across the cave, not only for better visibility, but also as a better idea of where the checkpoints are, because no matter where I died, it seemed to just boot me up back again to the start of the cave.

On the other hand, the idea is intriguing, I like it and I think it can still be worked on given a bit more time. I hope the devs have enjoyed their time making this game and I wish them nothing but the best in the future!

It has a very interesting idea, but I do admit there were problems I have encountered. The most time I have been able to survive for, wasabout 270 seconds, because I was unable to obtain any more logs. I don't know if I was going the wrong directions all the time, but it seemed to me like the logs have completely depleted or something.

On the other hand, I really like the design of the little guy I played as a n it intrigued me what kind of backsotry he might have. The loop also, altough fairly short, is somewhat catchy and it reminds me of some sort of a horror flash project, haha!

Overall, I'll probably try it again in the future, because even tho I was a bit furstrated, I still had a lot of fun! Good job!

Oh, I know Lua! I've heard about this language when I was watching Source Engine videos I think. Either way, you've made a really cool game and I hope to see you in the next gamejam!

Of course, I'm personally learning programming myself and I'm planning on joining the next jam. I am prepared that what I'll produce is most likely not going to be the top dog out of all the games in the jam, but it's mostly just about the adventure with you and your team, and I think that's very admirable. That you finally decided to do something and make your own art come to life. I wish you nothing but the best in the future and have fun learning Godot! <3

That seems really cool! What other popular programming language would you consider is pretty close to Pico-8?

It's a simple and fun concept that was very well executed. I don's know how hard is it to write code for Pico-8, but almost everything that comes out of  it is great. Thumbs up for this game!

It's sad that the project takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Excusing the unfinished background and environment textures, the art of the characters and overall vibe is amazing! It is very clear that the game still neded a bit more time in the oven, because if it was a bit more structured and complete, I think this game would have had a chance to get to the top 10

It's a nice and positive game about generally making everyone happy and I think it's really nice. Dying and then getting booted up back to the beggining is a bit tedious, but understandable because this is a high-score game; you don't play it for an ending or a story. I would have prefered maybe if the mouse could take controls over the yellow guy rather than WASD keys, but I do like this game and I like this concept!

It's a fun little project with a fun story to back it up. It would be appreciated, if the drops from the lizards were more common, but as the game stands, I think the devs did a good job in making a fun little game to enjoy!
