Hello my friend thank you for the Feedback!! You played on controller?? This is awesome news! I actually have an entirely separate build of the game, that is meant for Arcade Machines! (which is why the button 3/4 and analog stick works) Listed at the top of the description.

Although right now, the main downloadable / playable version is meant for Mouse and Keyboard! Im sorry controller wasnt working for you. But im surprised it worked at all!! I will be implementing real controller inputs in the next update!Maybe for now try keyboard, if available!

I have already developed an entirely new version of Phantasia!!! Ready for release as soon as the Jam is over.

I have read all of my feedback. Here have been the biggest things I have Fixed:

- the game is scarier!!! -

How so? Fog, Decreased Light, More enemies! Faster / stronger enemies / Less player stats / faster stat drain. Better sfx. 3d sound. Bigger / better / darker map! 

Map - much larger, more water, points of interest, islands, tree groves, runes, mountain tops, ravines, forests, prairies, and more! 

Mechanics - Faster Spellcasting. improved enemies. Improved player physics. 

An Objective!!! - Search Phantasia for all of the Runes! Destroy these runes using the correst magic. They hold dark energy! Destroy them before sunrise! 

Misc: Bigger FOV. Improved Cutscenes. Imrpved audio. New music! Plenty of Bugs crushed!

The game was done quickly, with mostly original assets. If i get good feedback, i intend on continuing and updating the scope of the game :)

I am available for commission work on any unity / unreal / blender / maya projects!

Put together very well, the environment and sounds work very well together, the simple theme, of running from an attacker, is super fun

What would you recommend for a sense of unease? Ive been told, more fog, more difficult enemies, maybe an enemy state, that stalks you? instead of straight up attack mode. Also, better environment, that forces player into corners and into ravines, etc!

I Agree, I wasn't able to stick to the "horror" theme as well as i wanted to, but i plan to update it in the future :)
