Thank you so much! Sadly I did not come up with something more playable but it is what it is.

Super glad you enjoyed it, have an fantastic day!

Thanks a lot for the feedback and the kind words! I will try my best! :D

Have a nice one!

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

I will do my best to continue the development post jam and I will keep all of the feedback in mind! And yeah, 48 hours was a bit to litte for my ambitious idea haha! All you listed will be added and I actually heading against stealth X top-Down shooter vibe with the medieval/Magical touch to it!

Thanks again for the feedback and the play! Have a great day!

Thanks alot for the play and even more for the feedback!

I will give it a try to make the movement global, and indeed make it faster. I'm just personally fairly tight to the relative to player movement but It does never hurt to try something new! And all in all, the mechanics will probably just be easier with a global system :P

I means a lot that you will check after the jam! Wont disappoint you!

Haha awesome! I look forward to the updates! Have a great one!

Hi!

A fun game ide and not far from what I wanted to make but did not have the time to send to it! So great respect from me to have all of the features down!

Not really to much to give critic or tips on but I think its a good ground to expand on if you like! I hope this becomes a itch game page so I can follow the post-making of this!

Keep it up and thanks for a great experience!

Hi!

I like the idea and I think it is well delivered to the player. The walk speed is great and I find it very cool with the darkening of the screen when in the dark. It gives a stressful but fun experience.

I did though not really understood the meaning with the different difficulties and got lost in the end of the first level when I came to the book. So maybe look over how easy to understand the subjects is and try to balance it with maybe hints or maybe some sort of slowing down the "eye meter" when coming to a new section in the beginning (With triggers or something).

But all in all, great potential and fantastic design! Love the beginning!

I hope this opens to a itch game page so I can follow the development process if you wanna expand the idea because I think you have something real cool on your hook! And that this was possible in 48 hours is just amazing, did you even sleep??!

Well, fantastic done and keep it up man!

Hi!

A fun idea! I would say that it got a lot of potential and I think this is a well thought trough idea for this kind of jam. The main issue I found for me is that I did not really get my own orientation in a good way when my mouse aimed and I moved with WASD. For me personally I would go for a W and S control only and make the movable direction to be in the look direction. But its mostly for my own liking

But it is a fun game and I think you can go far with this if you continue working on it and adding small bits and get people to playtest. Keep it up and Im thrilled to see this expand!

Hi!

Very cool idea with a lot of potential! The graphics is very cool!

The critic I have is mostly the speed against the size of the blocks. It was very hard to hit the blocks when they where placed alone and it became more of learning exactly how high you jump to figure out the best place to put a block so you did not need to align it on the way down.

As I said, the graphics and all is amazing so just adjusting some of the variables for the player and adding some of the features I saw other people commented I think this will be a blast to play!

Great work and keep it up man!

Hi!
Thanks so much for the play and for the kind words!

I'm glad that you like the concept! I make sure to continue the development post-jam!

A nice take on pong! I like it! Even though I got verry stressed!

A tip might be to slow down the wall coming after you, it feels a bit to much with all the obstacles but I think with time I will improve my skill level as well! It would be a really fun game on mobile to just take a small break if you add more minilevels and some sort of progression curve with exponential hardness with a bit of tweeking. Also maybe adding some stars in each level to force the player to slip the focus from only going down to taking some risks!

Well done and would love to see this expand! :D Keep it up!

Well that's awesome! Keep it up and you will go far! Mad creativity!

Hi!
Very clean and nice gameplay! I love the idea and the ease of getting along. Super satisfying to hit all three at the same time.

Don't know what more you could add to this master peace but I hope you extend this if possible! Keep it up!

Ah I see!
Well, I can relate to not having enough time haha! But its really great so don't be to harsh! What did not go into the jam can be features for the game later! :D And I can understand that the game runs smoother with a controller but it was a long way from a bad experience with mouse and keyboard as well so I think you should be proud! :D

Hi!

A very nice take on the tower defence genre! I think the controls really fits and feels dynamic. I would say that the gameplay in it self is a bit slow and hard but I would not really propose that as a bad thing, more a good thing! The game feels well through thought and have a nice touch to it.

Keep it up and I'm thrilled to the this expand!

Hi! Thanks for the play!

I totally agree on the movement original speed, i think I just got used to it so really good that its pointed out! And I do agree on the controls beeing weird, or at least including ASD to the game, I think W alone does the job. But with testing different solution to the movement and game test alot I think I will find a solution that fits! :D And I think when some sort of combat gets included this will fall into place.

Have a great day and thanks for the kind words!

DAAAM! Hi!

I did not expect it to be as funny as it was. Like I got 27 in score and that was by just not really understanding the concept firsthand but as I got that it was the little dude that I should put on fire, the game just elevated!

Really funny! Mostly UI critics I have to be fair, gameplay is just great but if the timer could be at the top, maybe in a better scale like minutes and seconds and the score being a bit more represented I think this is amazing!

One small and easy thing I think might elevate the game further would probably be to add an animation to the dude getting on fire and maybe pop up a +1 to give some response to the player!

All in all, good work and hope to see this idea expand!

Hi! Thanks a lot for playing and providing feedback!
And for me its just a big up to get feedback on the game page as well!

Thanks again for the kind words for hope you get a fantastic day!

Hi!
Thanks a lot for the positive feedback! It makes me happy to hear!

I'll do my best to keep it up! :D

Hi!

Yeah, I can strongly agree on your opinions and are greatful for the feedback! It was a bit ambitious to take on a game on this scale for 48 hours so it became this very small alpha version instead. And I should probably have added a greater movement speed, Ive always used shift to sprint so maybe the sprint speed should be the original or something.

But your feedback will be taken into account for this and future projects! Thanks and also a big thanks for playing!

Hi!

Yeah, that one I sadly forgot to remove.. It was a blockout for a treasure chest that never saw the light.. But hopefully in the future it will work :D Thanks for the play!

Hi! And thanks for the nice words!

I hope to continue working on the game and I'm glad that the concept falls into your liking! And I agree on your  points! Had hopes to include graphics and sound to the game before jam deadline but for several reason it went un prioritized.

But I will make sure to do my best to keep this passion of mine alive to continue!

Thanks for the feedback!
I've been working a bit on the game since and uploaded a new version a few days ago.
I agree that my game is in need of better graphics but I hope the post processing and sound I've added make it more visually pleasing.

Thanks for playing the game and the kind words!

Thanks! :D Yeah, I will definitely continue this project!

Thanks for the kind words and for playing :D

Nice too hear that you liked it! And Yes! Sound will come :D

Thanks for the kind words and for playing! :D

Thanks! :D

Thanks for the kind words and for playing! :D

Yes, will do my best to check it out! :D

Hi!
I am glad you liked the game! :D

Yeah, a big lesson from this is to first of all dispassionate my time a lot better next time and second to check for sound and a graphic theme/Color theme during planing, not the last day. So I agree 100% of your feedback. Now as I write this, I have implemented sound and also fixed the wall problem and I agree with all that have complained about it because its a huuge difference in fun to play etc! :D

Thanks for playing and thanks for the valuable feedback and kind words! :D

(Yes, I will try to play your game too during the day :D)

Thanks a lot for the feedback and also for playing! :D

Thanks a lot for the feedback and also for playing! :D

Thanks for the feedback and for playing!

I will do my best to test your game as well! But It will probably be tomorrow!

Thanks a lot!

Yeah, I tried to make it possible to get up everywhere but that part is a bit tricky so I understand. In the future I will have some sort of checkpoint system with a reset button if you would get stuck. But I will have that in mind as well for future maps!

Sound in implemented in the version that I work on right now that will be released after the rate time of this jam, so I am really excited for that! :D

Cheers to you too! And thanks again for the kind word and feedback, also for playing! :D

I just say wow! That is innovative in my eyes! First I did not have a clue what to do, but when I figured it out, Im just mindblown! Its a really clever idea which fits the theme perfectly! Its a nice difficulty when you play, not to easy, not too hard! You need to use your brain which I also like and always think a step ahead to make everything great! In my opinion you have really succeeded here!

Great job and keep it up my friend! I can't wait too see this develop further!

Thanks! The feedback means a lot and glad you liked it! :D Yeah, sound is needed and in the time of writing implemented in the version that will be uploaded as fast the gamejam is over! :D Thanks again! :D

A fun game. But I died before I finished because one spike was fake, another wasnt.. But that does not change the fact that the art style is just super amazing and its just so fun walking around. Its very nice! Keep it up and good job! :D

I have no idea what I just spent a lot of time on. Just went in one door, did something, went through another door, did something, repeat until i got to the first room I started in and then did everything again xD Awesome concept, I like it alot. A bit confusing as you might understand above men to be honest, my regular dreams does not make sense either soo. I think you succeeded xD Great work, keep it up!

Very fun! And brain exhausting xD But I like it. It's a nice experience and despite the fact that there is sooo many things for the brain to check in a fixed short time its very great made! I love how many different types of "levels" there is and how it all works! Great job and keep it up!

Love the menu, I love the art style! The only question i need to ask, was I meant to die 120 times to come somewhere or am I just bad? xD It perfectly fits the theme! I like the game, Keep it up! :D

Very nice, chill and interesting game! Love all the elements! As you have a great way to regenerate the orbs power, but when it is gone, its like blind play which in some way can be very nice but for this I think it is a bit to hard, so some sort of very slow regeneration would be nice. But it is a innovative and fun game and I like it alot. Great job! Keep it up!
