when you move platforms, it also made the player go towards your mouse, and it didn’t feel intentional because the levels aren’t really made around that. I feel like the theme effected this idea way more than other ones. I hope you continue the idea, because it is a pretty cool concept.

i  really like this game, but i feel likethe boat isvery slow. maybe some kind of  powerups would fit your game. Or maybe there are enemy boats on the map. also, are these worlds randomly generated? Or is it just really good map design

Regarding the spelling of potions, we have considered something like that. However, after the jam, we decided that we would expand the game. That would mean things like enemies dropping coins, adding a shop, and more items. We have thought about spelling potion, but decided against it. I think that maybe when using an item, depending on the quality of it, you must enter a random set of letters. (to use a small potion, spell "qre". to use a medium potion, spell "abaz") what are your thoughts

basically, you hold down space or click(based on what you chose in settings). There is a progress bar over the player that fills up while the button is held. completing it registers a space, and if you don't, it registers a dot. after you finish typing a letter, wait one second for the game to take in the morse and display it on the screen. You must have selected the animal first, so you target whatever animal has a red border around them. I really hope this helps. I think we should probably flesh out the tutorial when we continue development of this game. thankyou for the feedback, though :D

I don’t think you read the tutorial, but if you hover over a letter, it shows the Morse code for it. 😅 hope this helps

no SFX 😢 really pretty lighting and smart gameplay though :D. I feel like this is a really good concept, but when player movement and platform movement clash, it feels like an unnecessary thing you need to monitor. Great game, and definitely something I would like to see further development in :D.

Overall very fun to play! I was thinking about doing an idea like this, but ended up going with something else. I really like the enemy variants and how you used the idea

one of the best entries I've played. good job making this game! :D and I've never seen an angle like this in an endless runner. I think a mode where you have to outlast an ai, or if there were different hazards that get introduced in different milestones would really fit this game.

i really love the island theme, and how it goes so well with the music

great game :D))

i really like this game. everything fits perfectly with eachother, from the art style, to the music, and even the font :D

the sound effects, music, and art go perfectly with the game. I love how you decided to make the player's abilities alternate, it made the game a lot less repetitive.

potions in this release are 10% drops. after a lot of feedback, we decided that 25% was a better number. and if we decide to continue the development of this game, we might make animals drop coins and add a shop. what are your thoughts on that decision?

translate morse from french to englis :)

I think that it would be a good idea to continue developing this project after the jam, without the one-button rule. I'd love to see wherethis goes.

I think that we might need to bump up the potion drop rate to like 20 or 25%. It was a late addition, so we didnt have musch playtesting to do.

thanks for the feednack  though!

triangle hate cult >:(

im terrible at this lol. The only thing that kept me from not rage quitting was the stunning visuals and audio. great job!

oh no i found a bug

then i jumped on it as a platform lol

i ran into a glitch and now i have negative knives and i can't stop throwing them lol. Very fun game, regardless.

However, there isnt much player feedback, and i can spam attacks without any drawbacks. keep up the good work though :)

I really like this fire emblem-type experience! Very good game.

overall really fun play! i really like this entry :D

This was the first game jam I participated in. It was a lot of fun! Thank you for letting me be on your team :)
