Biggest issue for me so far is the audio crackling constantly (at least in the web build)

Thank you! I really want to get back to doing game jams, but I just don't have the time available right now to do the short 48-72 hour ones solo

Thank you! I was definitely planning on making the reloading have more intuitive ui and an animation, but i didnt have time. I was also expecting not to get too much attention due to the nature of the game being multiplayer and not having AI to play against, but it was an amazing learning experience!

Yeah, it was pretty clear about halfway through the jam that the core concept for the gameplay just was not fun or challenging, but it was too far in for me to rework it, and I was more focused on making a complete experience than a good one.

Still, thanks for the feedback! I was really in the mood to make a moody, story-based game for this jam, but for future jams I definitely want to focus on the actual game a lot more, and make that part fun.

I returned with donuts.

I feel accomplished!

If I had to leave any advice, I'd say to maybe add a "quick restart" when you die, so that you don't have to go back to title and hit play again and wait through two transitions just to get back into it.

Amazing game!

I found that replaying it was pretty fun, although it got a little tedious after a few playthroughs. I'd suggest making the powerup unlock thingy happen sooner, and make the prices for the unlocks lower, since I started to lose interest before I had enough to unlock anything.

I'd also suggest making the view range bigger, since a lot of times, I couldn't dodge or lead my shots since I couldn't see the bullets or the enemies.
