Hey Unique!

Sorry to hear, if you've got the garden shears, drag and drop them on the bit of bush in front of a tree that's right next to the garden patch. We definitely realised afterwards how confusing that could be for players. Sorry about that!

Hope otherwise you've really enjoyed Anamnesis!

Hey Mary! Thanks so much for playing our game, we are so happy with what achieved! Technically, we took 3 and a bit days as submissions were extended but we are all still proud of what we got done! Stay tuned as we're thinking of working on something longer in the future.

What an awesome game! Well done team! I loved the sound design, music and art so much! Was really cool unlocking new symbiotes and completing different levels. The only issue I had was with the directional controls. It was a little slow sometimes to move around the area. Otherwise, great job!

I loved each puzzle level and the soul concept was super cool! The only issue I had was sticking to walls when I jumped which would stop me from jumping as high as I wanted to. Otherwise, well done!

I love the positive messages this game gives and the art is so cute! While the gameplay is a little repetitive and slow, I appreciate the amount of effort you all put into this very positive game!

Interesting concept but as mentioned by others, the slowed and delayed movement speed of the spaceship can end up being a little frustrating. It was a fun challenge navigating the astronaut and spaceship at the same time however.

Very fun puzzle game! I loved the art style and it was super rewarding when I figured out how to complete the level. Well done!

Great graphics and I love the idea! This would be awesome as an educational game if the makers were to ever come back to it. I do wish enemies were introduced a little earlier but otherwise, well done!

What a fun game! I had anxiety making sure to collect enough rocks to destroy the missiles. Great sound design and the graphics are very cute.

I love the art style and I really like the message of not being able to 'control' animals. This is amazing for a solo project. It would've been fun though if there was a bit more to do. But otherwise, great job!

This game is such an awesome idea! I love how simple the controls are but the thought that goes into skull placement. It was a great incentive to have people try to beat or match how many skulls you used per level. Well done!

What a great platformer! Was fun looking for the Brackey's logos and the art is lovely! I did find a bug though where I could walk through the big golem boss and he'd disappear. Otherwise, well done!

What a fun wave game! It reminded me of cuphead at times when there were a lot of enemies attacking me on the screen. The style and concept is super thought out and it was rewarding when you killed a pesky enemy. Well done!

(1 edit)

What a cool puzzle game and take on the theme! Well done on the level design, a lot of the levels had me thinking. It really keeps your attention throughout. If there was a bit more time, it would've been cool to have more sfx surrounding tiles and maybe even another song in the back! Well done!

What a cute and enjoyable game! I love the characters and the colorful world makes everything pop! Well done on what you achieved and that last level got me a few times ahha. The only things I would criticise is the wall-sticking and lack of music. But well done!

What an innovative game! I really liked how you took the concept of basic movement and split it between different cubes that need to work together to move fluidly. My brain was breaking at some points but was very interesting overall! Well done :D

What an absolutely fantastic game. I adore story-driven games as a writer myself and you have captured a beautiful essence of fun and story through this game. The music, atmosphere, and enemies reminded me so much of Hollow Knight! I fell in love with the characters instantly and the level design was fun and a little tense when those non-flesh-beings were chasing after me!

Congratulations on making such an amazing game. I really hope your piece gets a lot of attention! The only criticism I have would come from not having the space bar as jump. But I think that's more of a preference than anything. Well done Jon!

Hey! Stickyman was an interesting take on the tower defense genre and I enjoyed the concept of infected machinery trying to mess you up! I'm super impressed with what you got done by yourself in 7 days! I must admit, a lack of tutorial made it a bit confusing on how to play and I'm not sure if it was just me but a lot of the enemies had quite a bit of health for the first few levels. Overall, well done!

Firstly, what an amazing game! I love the music and sound design. The art is superb and the concept fits with the theme perfectly! I really love the little frog guy and the animations are superb!

However, as a few others have said, the green moth enemy really killed my enjoyment as I couldn't progress due to it healing between 4-7 hit points and my dice could barely hit 9 hit points. I also found the magic dice to be a little confusing but put it together after a few tries in the first floor. You guys should be super proud of yourselves for what you achieved!

Thank you so much for playing! I'm super glad you enjoyed the dialogue boxes and text (they were fun to make and write!) Can't wait to play your game! ✨

Thank you so much for the review!! Sorry you had to restart the game a few times though.

Thank you so much for such an in-depth review! We're sorry for the download issues you experienced. It was a scramble to get it all submitted and a lot of things got cut. So I can definitely see what you mean but the scope being too large. But I hope overall the game was a mainly positive experience for you. We all learnt a lot from what we achieved and didn't achieve. Can't wait to play your game!

Thank you! Our artists all worked super hard to make it look nice! We're sorry you found it difficult, we ran into a lot of issues near the end so playability is not as great as we were hoping. Thank you for trying and can't wait to play yours!

Hey! My discord is Anousie#8909!
