Hi, here's the link: https://liluo.io/avithesun/aviware let me know if you need me to share it elsewhere
I'm pretty sure that it's my game you're talking about. I'm truly, truly sorry for screwing up like this. I've been busy trying to get my life together in time for my graduation commencement and it honestly just slipped my mind to remove the music even though I should have. I know I probably made a lot of people upset and there's no excuse for my screw-up, but again I sincerely apologize for the trouble I've caused you and everyone else.
Awesome game! I really enjoyed the juice you added, i.e., how the screen would "light up" when you would shoot. Definitely unexpected moments throughout the game (can't turn around, horde, etc.), which added to the variety of gameplay. I also thought the ammo system (the circles around the player) was a neat touch and innovative, but made total sense as well. The music is upbeat and energizing, adding to the addicting nature of your game. Well done!
I didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did, but this was honestly quite the experience to go through. Definitely an unexpected project and a bold one, as even among indie projects I haven't seen anything that attempts to address religion as directly as you have. The dialogue of the NPC's were quite entertaining to read through, as well as the Bible "passages" themselves. Knowing how those verses are constructed from your explanation is also quite intriguing and well thought-out. The simple visuals work out surprisingly well for this game; for some reason it took me back to pre-modern Christianity, perhaps due to how seemingly rustic and ancient these times are to us. Overall an interesting and well thought out project.
Nice game. Well-polished with some funny dialogue and scenarios that truly made it unexpected from what I thought a Zelda-esque game would be. The visuals were quite well-drawn and animated, as well. All of the controls worked smoothly and the game overall was responsive to my commands. The tutorial was a nice touch as well. Overall well done!
Not bad. As mentioned earlier, there are some physics issues, i.e., you're stuck when you land on the ground until you jump. I also found that the jumping was unexpectedly high, which was perhaps the point, but given some of the entities you played as I didn't understand why some of them could jump so high. The visuals are simple and cute, although I noticed in the 3rd level the frog blends in a bit with the green part of the background, so at first I couldn't see where it was. I'd suggest more contrasting shades of green in that regard. The music is alright - admtitedly, after the 10th or so loop, it began to get a bit irritating.
It indeed was unexpected to play as different entities, as going into this game I thought I would primarily be a frog, but it was a welcome surprise.
