It took me way too long to solve the puzzles but I got there in the end haha. Great art and just all round really clever concept, well done to everyone involved!

Thanks for playing, glad you liked it!

Well done, turns out, it's not as easy as I thought to solve it! I will be doing a post jam version with all the good stuff like saving, I can totally understand it's a pain not having features like that.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it :)

Thanks! It definitely isn't easy to get to the final answer which is something I will change a little when I do a post-jam version.

Thanks! It's actually made with Godot :) Unfortunately it does seem like most engines can result in a false positive on peoples antivirus which is really rubbish but I don't think there is much we can do about it. I think if I do another jam game I will aim for a web build.

Awesome job on this, was really polished and a great story for a jam game where you had such limited time!

Huge nostalgia for me playing this as a kid who very much grew up in the LAN party era. The puzzles and the 'borrowed' mechanic worked great and the graphics sold the atmosphere. I also loved the ICQ style chats and the 90s l33t speak - tone was perfect.

I thought this was great - a really polished entry but for me my favourite part was simply the writing and the story, it was very well done!

Great atmosphere but I just could not for the life of me get past the spoon/screws - I found the paper and the 'green' clue but every variation I tried just didn't seem to work.

I really liked this - I think the organic elements worked surprisingly well with the Portal/QUBE vibe. I appreciate for a short jam it wasn't possible but I'd love to see a few fully fleshed out puzzle mechanics in this world. Great job though.

Yeah the virus thing is sooooo annoying. I do love Godot, no going back for me now!

Ah alas, I did cut my teeth on AGS but this is made in Godot! Thanks for playing and I'm glad the murder got at least one laugh! :D I'll be sure to leave a comment when I get round to playing LAN Party '97 - I saw the art in the WIP channel in Discord and the final screenshots do not disappoint, it looks great.

Edit: Hi, me again. Still bug fixing. V4 is now available and has more bugs fixed! V3 is now available and has more bugs fixed! Apologies to everyone who downloaded V1 but there was a rather unfortunate game-breaking bug when switching between Duck and Cover. V2 is now available and has this fixed!
