I agree. I want to somehow make a boss that forces players to make their bullets count but failed miserably lol. I didn't have much time feeling out the bosses as I started way too late and had to do almost everything for the game.
Anyways, thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you see a potential in it! <3

Thank you for the feedback :)
Quoting from the comment I made on another post:
> "Apologies for the stutters on first playthrough, it was an oversight of the .remap Godot appends (I forgot to trim) to files on export builds hence causing the shader caching I did to not work lmao and I didn't really test it that much since I didn't want to clear cache on my browser for some reason."
The projections are just the Godot quad meshes. Since it will get projected, you won't really need a much more complex mesh. The shader also builds the shape, and the whole animation. Apologies for the stutters on first playthrough, it was an oversight of the .remap Godot appends (I forgot to trim) to files on export builds hence causing the shader caching I did to not work lmao and I didn't really test it that much since I didn't want to clear cache on my browser for some reason.
And yep, I'm hearing the game was quite challenging even after all the nerfs to the boss lol but I appreciate you playing and giving feedback <3
Hiya! I've implemented the decals by using the depth map to get the world position. You can find a snippet somewhere in shadertoy, then it's in world_space/model_space so multiplying it by inv model matrix and use that as uv. I'm also pretty sure someone made it in godot shaders and you can use that as well.
If you're using Firefox, my build for some reason doesn't run on firefox :(
Thank you for the feedback! I agree that the controls are too punishing and would require the tiniest of movements to actually balance atop the bubble, and the momentum upon impact is quite big. Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to polish it, but I've created a version that actually feels good, and gain 10k> scores. purrfect pop debug by Blink (itch.io) and the password is 123, in case you want to try.
Hiya! I'm primarily a 2D artist/Godot Developer looking to join a team for this jam preferably as an artist. Worked on some game jams before both as an artist and a programmer with some friends. I've always struggled to finish things on time and thought it would be a good idea to join this jam without my friends to improve on that.
You can check my previous game jam submissions as my portfolio on my itch.io page. Here are some of my notable game jam submissions, Yokai Detective Kou, Transfusion Tactics.
