Hello everyone,

I thought maybe it would be nice to get to know other people participating in this game jam and share some ideas and goals. Since this is not a big game jam at least we could make the community page look less "dead" that way.

We are a group of 3 friends doing our second game jam in our free time. We are making all our assets from scratch using free software, including Godot Engine in which we develop the game. Our initial idea is to make a tilemap-based resource management game. In the end we plan to export the game to HTML so it can be played from a web browser. After the jam is over, we will release the source code as well.

Looking forward to hearing about ideas for your own games!

Thank you very much, we appreciate your kind words. We are glad you enjoyed the game :D

Cool little game. I like math games.

Cool to see you enjoyed our game :)

We are glad to hear you enjoyed our game :)

The walking speed of enemies is faster than the walking speed of the player in order to force the player to run - which is part of the game's mechanics. However, we did not intend to make enemies match the pace of the player and its one issue we did not manage to solve before the submission. After the game jam is over, we will definitely provide a patch.

We are glad you like the game's art. We are aware the game might seems too hard at first but every mechanic in the game is there for a reason. The suggestion would be to try a different, maybe a more patient approach. We don't wish to spoil it for other players, but one hint we can give you is: try running less 😉.

Moreover, adding something like a mini-map would break the immersion and we explicitly decided not to add additional HUD elements.

Congratulations on your first game! Really impressive that you did everything yourself. I absolutely love you took the inspiration for the game's art from Dali's melting clocks :D

If you plan on improving the game, I would suggest increasing the difficulty as the time goes on and maybe adding some sound.

Enjoy your programming journey!

The game is fun! Perfect for speedrunning.

Unfortunately the game is not loading for me as well. Same error as Cone on the floor has described.

I am glad you enjoyed it!

The poor guy was not expecting the dungeon would be so cursed 😂

I enjoyed playing this game! The art style and theme are quite cool and I would definitely play more levels :)

Excellent puzzle game! One annoying detail is that you have to select the difficulty level and press "Play" every time you restart a level.

The game doesn't look or sound that good. But it is fun too play and makes you feel like Rambo :D

Fun, good looking and well-polished game! I definitely had fun. I think it would be great for teaching kids how to tell time :)

This platformer game turned out to be quite a challenge. Maybe I would order the levels based on their difficulty. I didn't expect a game with such an innocent graphics to make me angry haha. It is quite bad that most of the jumps have to be almost pixel-perfect. The collision boxes also extend beyond some of the sprites which causes the player to die unexpectedly many times. +1 for a beautiful piano music.

Neat and fun game but the physics are frustrating.

Really enjoyable story and puzzles. I like the main theme music as well. The only annoying part was mixing the chemicals since there is a separate dialog after each chemical is mixed.

Great art style! The game is maybe too short for my taste.

Cool single-level time-based maze game where mouse precision matters. The distorted sound that plays when you fail is probably too loud because it really caught me off guard.

Well-made game that just makes me keep playing :) The momentum of the character and slightly unresponsive controls make the game not too easy which is good. Other "corporate people" that serve as obstacles and walking in one direction to end up on the other side are a nice addition to the game's mechanics.

Unfortunately, after trying for a while I still do not understand how to play this game. I guess you can click on the clock but I am not sure since there isn't any feedback.

3D graphics look really nice. Manual gear shifting makes the game interesting as well as the road obstacles. The car handles terribly but for this kind of games it is what makes them fun. The only downside for me is the performance since the frame rate varies a lot, and I have the feeling that at lower frame rates the game does not run as it is supposed to.

I enjoyed playing this game a lot. Later levels got me thinking and this is what I expect from a good puzzle game. The "time" theme was incorporated quite well and it is an integral part of the game's mechanics. The art style really suits this kind of game. I would definitely play more levels if / when they become available.
