Awesome - cool to see all the new stuff you've added. I got a higher score this time, so naturally I like the game even better now :) Nice work!

Thanks for the feedback! If you're having trouble seeing the whole game while it's embedded on itch.io, you can also try playing it here: https://benrosen.github.io/letter-threader/

I agree that the game would benefit from more/better instructions. Let me know if you have any specific ideas for how to make it more intuitive. Thanks again for the feedback. :)

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for hosting the jam!

Wow, thank you for the compliment and the constructive feedback!!

I am adding word validation as we speak and hope to have a fresh build deployed sometime soon (probably this evening): https://github.com/benrosen/letter-threader/issues/9

I think your idea for a scoreboard is on the right track. I'm going to start by displaying a (local) all-time high-score next to your current high score while you're playing: https://github.com/benrosen/letter-threader/issues/30

If you have any other feedback or requests, I'm all ears. Thanks for playing!

If you end up updating it, lemme know and I'll play it again and let you know what I think :)

Ah, glad/sorry to hear that. Thanks for letting me know! I'll mark the issue as closed. Lemme know if you have any other feedback. I'm all ears :)

Thank you for the feedback! I made a ticket to add a setting to the game that allows you to disable/extend the timer: https://github.com/benrosen/twenty-second-haiku/issues/52

Let me know if you have anymore feedback, and thanks again for playing my game! :)

Thanks for the feedback! I just made a bug ticket for the input issue you mentioned: https://github.com/benrosen/twenty-second-haiku/issues/63

Feel free to add more information/screenshots to it if you want, but no pressure whatsoever :) Thanks again!

The "type-to-navigate" concept for this game is very elegant and inspiring. Thank you for making it!

thanks! i agree that it's very difficult...

although this goes against the spirit of the jam, I could add a setting that allows you to disable (or extend) the timer.

hello fellow typing game creator! https://brosen.itch.io/twenty-second-haiku

pretty fun! thanks for making it and sharing it :)

the composition of the game over screen is pretty great

could be cool to have the option to see the answer when the game ends. cool game!

could be cool to have laser beams that shoot out from the planet and prevent you from circling it for a second or two

how can a turtle so smol move so fast? pizza.

Great idea! I played your game and it ruled. I'll play anyone else's too :)

Here's mine: https://brosen.itch.io/twenty-second-haiku

I played it ~5 times. Reminds me of an old flash game called Kitten Cannon.

I kept finding that I didn't have enough time to click and drag in the checkered areas. Have you considered any other input mechanisms that are faster to execute?

The music is really chill and I honestly forgot that it was playing in the background. Cool game! Thanks for making and sharing it!
