POST JAM EDITION

  • Adds gamepad support.
  • Opening cutscenes skip (press any key).
  • Adds new melee enemy type with increased holo-guard population + overall difficulty slightly increased.

Haha that's awesome, thank you very much! I spent too much time the necessary amount of time on that reload, I appreciate knowing it got appreciate lol

Thank you for checking it out! Thank you for the feedback, I strongly agree! Super tempted to make a post-jam version turning this and other great feedback into action.

This game was simply amazing - I tried keyboard, but quickly switched over to the gamepad and had a blast. It's like a slicker and faster paced Trials, but better because hoverboard! I was not able to conquer the tower but did manage to clear the other levels! I can't say I have any constructive feedback other than I want more. Congrats!

LMFAO! This was the kind of unexpected left-field entry that makes game jams so awesome! I found the difficulty quite high, but the hilarity of crashing makes up for it. Love that tagline too! Good one!

Well done! I love how warm and non-threatening the environments feel, it gives permission to take your time and try things out. I felt really big-brained figuring out the pipe level, I hung in there! ;)

Thank you very much! :D

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the kind words and for checking out the game! Ahh, the enemies AI, it's so hard to get just right! I ended up choosing story first and made them slow to aim + fire to keep the momentum going for the widest range of player skills. I agree that it could have more gameplay variety! I wanted to explore the box grab mechanic I built but ran out of time to fully utilize.

Impressively ambitious, excellent presentation, and very fun to play! I have some nit-picks about quest feedback (did I really sign up for a fight or not? oop, yes I did), but given the scale of the game and the systems you built, it's an easy pass. Fantastic entry, congratulations!

Very slick presentation, the physics character controller is pretty good, and music is excellent, great work! Not a big fan of trying to shoot the little metal boxes to unlock doors as that grinds the game to a full stop when the music is pump'n so hard that I just want to jetpack into the next baddie haha.

I agree, your trailer is excellent, made me excited to get to play the game! I did run into performance issues while play with the default settings, and I found the combat hard because the player feedback when getting hurt was too subtle. Congratulations on the release, I had fun playing!

This game is sick! I'd say you passed the test because one of my kids saw me playing it and wanted the link. Congratulations on an excellent game, if someone told me this was really a long-lost Sega Saturn title I'd agree.

I really enjoyed the style and presentation of this game, feels very complete, and the concept is excellent. Unfortunately for me, I found it too difficult to beat and couldn't get past ETA 6 minutes. Congrats on the release!

I love the chill and wholesome vibe of this game, it's like a sip of tea. You know it's special when my only feedback is just to add more juice/feedback to the player movement/actions, and maybe a small bit of bread crumb (small lights/lamps?) to help guide the player to newly the opened areas. Congrats on this excellent entry!

First of all - thank you for your amazing quick-fire YT tutorials that always help me out with those specific little things I need to understand (and so often need to re-understand lol)!

Lovely game, the presentation and characters came out awesome! My feedback would be that the camera only following a set path instead of reacting more to the player position + floaty gravity made me frustrated in parts, because it wasn't so clear what my path should be. Congratulations to the team on the great release!

This is why I love game jams so much; here's a game concept I never knew I needed! Hysterical premise! The implication that everyone hit by your truck is zipped off to a dystopian future-past fantasy world to fit the theme is just cracking me up. Congrats!

The physics of the junk hits just right, love the way they bounce off you, and the player movement feels so nice. 511 was the best I could get!

Dude, this game is sick! It's so polished, slick, and well-presented if it doesn't get placed, I'll be very disappointed!

I love how complete and polished this game feels. A novel twist on the classic shump formula to fit the theme, excellent work!

Such an incredibly strong use of the theme in this game, it's a lovely concept. I especially enjoyed how the jelly fish light fixtures were translated in the upside down! Great work!
