I couldn't figure out the whip :(

The winner right here

Super fun little game! The driving is surprisingly on-point!! :)

Thank you!!

thanks 🙏 🙏 🙏

V1.2 a few more bug fixes and now the paddles spin!

Thanks! We'd love to keep working on it and get multiplayer going

Thanks Mikenseer, we're really thinking about continuing building on the game :)

  • Pros
    • Smashing stuff is soooo cathartic
    • The music was a perfect fit
    • Visuals were kinda awesome
  • Cons
    • I think there's a lot of processing happening, so perhaps looking into ways to cheat to make it smoother / faster (note: I tried the Rift version)
    • I think it would be nice to see the destruction a little longer. Like don't heal the house quiet so quickly
  • I think there's a nice little game here, though that you could riff on different music, different environments. It's got some Beat Saber feel to it, while also just being so freeing to smash things and run around with no objective

Loved the art and style, pulling the sword out of the stone was delightful

It took me a while though, to figure out that I'm supposed to protect the sword and use the other weapons to kill the beasts. Not sure where I missed that.

Also, there's way too much time between resets and getting to the second wave for example. I'd recommend shortening that dramatically.

voive acting was a delightful touch

The concept of crafting junk for one time use is super dope. I had a lot of trouble with inventory management and getting even the first fire jug to craft.

One tip would be to allow the items on the ground to stay in existence for longer and allow me to pick them back up. I ran over got two jugs, put them on the workbench. Then got two sticks came back and in loading gum on the sticks the gas jugs disappeared.

Overall though, great concept.

The in-game art showing how to craft was super awesome too

Oh no! We're still working on things

I think it's a bug in the last build we did :/
Will upload another build soon

Really cool idea

this one is great

this was super fun for a min.

I know it's just an initial demo, but I enjoyed it. Took me a minute to move correctly with the controllers. I kept thinking right stick would move my camera, but I got over that quickly enough.

For me, the upper cut was really hard to pull off and super inconsistent. I for some reason found the left hand upper cut easier.
My best guess is that there's little margin for error in the upper cut input loading.

Just something to think about.

This is good stuff man, and I've been enjoying your youtube videos!

:)

this was super fun!
