I absolutely love the world design and having to quickly craft new junk to solve puzzles and fight enemies is really fun!!

I love the subtle tutorial too, easing the player into the world in a really well done way!

Developer(+1)

Thanks a lot for these kind comments and glad you liked it! Loved your game too!

The concept of crafting junk for one time use is super dope. I had a lot of trouble with inventory management and getting even the first fire jug to craft.

One tip would be to allow the items on the ground to stay in existence for longer and allow me to pick them back up. I ran over got two jugs, put them on the workbench. Then got two sticks came back and in loading gum on the sticks the gas jugs disappeared.

Overall though, great concept.

The in-game art showing how to craft was super awesome too

Developer

Feedback note taken! And happy you liked the concept!

Awesome idea the fact to build equipment from junk and use it for a specific purpose! Looking for more updates for sure!

Developer

Happy you liked it! Stay tuned for more :D!

That was more fun than I expected, loading up and blasting stuff feels good.

I had a slight visual bug when trying to put the gaz (my weapon would rotate all around like it was colliding with it.) but nothing game breaking since it would clip anyways after throwing it.

Good jam :)

Tested on occulus rift with 1060 3g

Developer

Yeah, we had no time to fix that XD, glad you had fun!

Building stuff from junk was really satisfying. Great job varying the builds to solve the puzzle!

Interesting game! Funny idea with the assembly of weapons, I haven't seen this before)) Good team work!

Developer

Thanks!

The game is fun! It's a good idea to create weapons but I would allow the weapon to be used more than once before it breaks. And the final boss is hard to find the weak points :)

Developer

Ahahaha, yeah, sometimes we tried to adhere to the theme too hard. Looking forward to adjust for the after-jam versions though. Note taken about the visibility too!

Fun! The boss fight was a nice touch at the end there. Lots of potential for the ideas you implemented.

Developer

Thanks! And yeah! We had such huge scope creep with this one because of it hahahah! Loved your game by the way! Initially our idea was to make something like yours but in a fantasy dungeon-like style! Cool to see it in action!

Jam Host(+2)

Great job on the game this was fun building my homemade bazooka out of gum :D

Developer(+1)

First of all, thanks for hosting that game jam! It really was an amazing experience and a great opportunity to learn, grow and make new friends. We are extremely happy to hear that you enjoyed the game and we're eagerly working on all the polish that didn't make it into the game due to time constraints! :D

Hey, unfortunately the input didnt work at all for me (Valve Index).
Looks promising !

Thanks for letting us know CrazyFish! We initially planned a mobile-only release, and going for PCVR was decided quite late in development. Given the time limit, we didn't have enough time to test and kinda hoped for the best regarding compatibility. We'll definitely have a look into that issue! :)

Ah too bad, well there is only so much time during the jam.
Still looked pretty nice !

Hi guys! just tried your game :) for being your first game jam it is not bad at all! I liked the concept of crafting the weapons so that you know how to fight the boss in the final level. I would make the boss' weak points more visual because I thought I needed to hit the boss anywhere until I found the hint you left in the level.

Anyway, very fun game. Great job guys! Please feel free to try our game as well and leave feedback :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the constructive feedbak Adritake!
It's really exciting to see people enjoy and experience something we made. And I'll definitely check out your guys entry as well! :)

We wanted to polish the game a lot more, but in the end time ran out. But we're working on things like the boss weakpoints visual and lighting as we speak! :D

This was AWESOME!!!! This is my favorite game I have played in this jam! The visuals popped, (I love a good cyberpunk ascetic, and this did not disappoint!) the gameplay felt really unique and creative. and the sound design was really on point! How does this game not have any ratings?! (I would but I did not submit it on time.) It is seriously a great concept and I hope more people play it before voting is finished. I look forward to seeing what comes of this in the future :]

Developer(+1)

Thank you for the kind feedback, that's really awesome to hear that you enjoyed it !

And I'm sorry about you missing the deadline! Next time try to contact the jam mods, they allow late entries with a  good reasoning. I'll definitely make sure to check out your game as well ! :D

This was also my first game jam ever and I've never been so excited for any project! It was a challenge coordinating with so many people but also super fun! Got to get to know people from all around the world and we had a blast together through all the hardships. We really like the idea of the game and are excited to work on it further, so follow up if you liked the concept!

This was my first game jam. It was fun, it was stress, but most of all it was an amazing experience to meet new people and collaborate on a project together from start to finish. Thanks to everybody in the VR Jammies discord ! ♥

We hope you have fun with the game and since we had so many ideas we're thinking about updating the game further!
