This is a really interesting idea but I feel like it would work better if you could actually control the character as well. For most of the game I felt like I was just playing a sort of schmup without the shooting bit, never really needing to bother tossing the character.

In the later levels it's a bit easy to lose yourself in the crowd. The idea is really cool though. But I feel that it ties to the theme more thematically than mechanically, if that makes sense.

This is one of the best ideas I've seen for this jam, though the execution could use a bit more polish.

Right now it's much too easy to game the system and create a dominant strategy. What I did was simply have everyone go to the middle and shoot in the exact same direction each time, creating a snake of bullets that was pretty easy to avoid.

If you keep working on it though, I'm sure you can find ways to prevent the player from doing that. Maybe adding a few walls, or perhaps the targets you have to shoot could be something other than your clones.

Other than that though, really great entry.

Very well polished visuals and sound. controls and collision could've been better though. The mechanic itself is very clever. Overall a pretty good submission.

Cute little game. Though you can beat most of the level if you just hold left mouse. Using the mechanic as intended is a lot more fun though.
