Honestly, one of the most interesting incredi-mods out there. I always like it when people spice up the basic idea of “put polo up - polo makes music” with other mechanics, and this is certainly one of them.

Kind of inspires me to come up with such type of “expansion” myself :D

Thanks! And good luck, genuinely - it’s definitely possible to complete both things you mentioned, especially since Crepper did finish them (surprisingly quickly too… I did not expect him to be so much of a gamer, but not in a bad way), which was quite a relief for me at the time, because I wasn’t sure if other players would be able to complete the game

That’s so nice, thanks! Again, I’ll be looking forward to the project you’re working on :D

Ok now, listen

I DO like the game, I DO like the atmosphere, I DO like the message, I DO love everything in this game! And I DID complete it on both endings

The only thing that I don’t like I think you are aware of by now. The delay before the jump just does not work in the context of precise timing of jumps. I almost feel like you wanted to make the game harder not by making harder challenges but by taking away part of the player’s control over the situation. The worst part was the chains of 5 saws on the ground - the timing needs to be reeeeally precise, but the .5 second delay makes you less precise for the sake of it.

Again, don’t take this too close to your heart (my past self would have probably done the same thing to make my platformer stand out if I were to make a “hardcore platformer”), an experience is still an experience, even if it’s a bit bitter, but the solution to such stuff is usually to let people play your game and report about any bugs or inconveniences (you’d also probably like to watch the player play the game yourself, that way you’ll get better info on where the player gets confused and useful stuff like that).

I’ll be glad to see what other cool games you’ll come up with, because this game’s mood gave me “Cats are liquid” vibes :3

Also, you do have some art skills in yourself - you’ve made a nice little subpixel animation on the tails

The game IS fun, but the only nitpick I have is it lacks sounds, since without sounds you can’t quite tell who got hit on your team…

But, again, overall a very good game!

aw man, lost on 24-th level :(

But yes, I agree that Marksman, Scientist and Gamer team is really powerful

Holy hell you killed it with this entry, like, this isn’t just a “polished game”, it’s a fully fledged game I’d stumble upon on itch and spend a week or two in!

Wow you used the given time to the max, very polished game and an interesting approach to a single-touch platformer!

Also, since you have collectibles and achievements, you bet your sweet bippy I’m 100%-ing this in my free time >:D

Manipulation simulator :D

Cute little spaceship and a pretty fun gameplay loop! I can see myself sinking in a couple of hours in it

Also wanted to mention that THE TRACK GOES SO HARD, do you plan to release an ost separately?

Very fun arcade, love the games that involve dragging and launching stuff. But the bg kind of made me expect a horror twist if I fall

The twist was that there was no horror twist :D

Cool concept for a puzzle game! I’d love to play a few more levels

Music is banging, sprites are awesome, the world looks pretty

Also, I won’t spoil the ending to other players, but it’s amazing

It’s okay, don’t mind the bugs - TRPG’s ARE hard to make and it’s a gamejam entry, so it’s no shock some glitches’n’stuff might suddenly appear (In forest story, a couple of people managed to get stuck in an activatable platform, so I’m no exception to that phenomenon :P)

Thanks! Our musician will be excited to hear that, I can tell :D

Great and stylish game, for some reason the “destroyed” animation gave me Prince of Persia 2 cutscenes vibes

You and your team did a great job! But, to be honest, I’m not that much smart for strategy games and gave up once I’ve accidentally healed the enemy for 17 HP :D

Everything works smoothly, thanks a lot once more! One more time killer for my collection :D

To be fair, the assets are really well done and (shocker!) could be used in an actual game! So in case somebody (including you) will want to make an underwater themed game - you’ve already done at least half of the work :D

But in case you want me to actually cavil, I’d say learning subpixeling is a good start to making your animations look cooler and smoother! (Truth is, you won’t need to re-do all your animations! Just add some inbetween frames and learn how to imitate <1px movement)

Thanks! By the way, are you from Nifflas’ discord? Because if not, then I’m even more glad to see somebody recognize Nifflas’ work! (I’m glad to see a fan of Nifflas either way btw)

Great and stylish custom solitaire!

Awesome game! Again, I might be a sucker for solitaires, but this one really felt like it could be a good addition to them. May I also please ask you to add a standalone version? Preferably linux too👉👈
