I was wondering the same thing. I found this explanation in the Community section from another jam:

https://itch.io/jam/cgj/topic/557644/score-vs-raw-score#:~:text=In%20that%20case%20you%20notice,will%20have%20score%20%3D%20raw%20score.

Hope that helps!

This was a really compelling gauntlet. The focus on consequences for exploration and roleplay is exciting. Definitely want to play this one.

This is really well done. I really like the fact you took the time to show how to adapt your ideas back to the psuedo medieval setting of the core game.

Really interesting adventure location with a unique economy and culture. Would love to see some more details about the village itself (I'm a sucker for a good map!)

Thank you so much! It was definitely a stretch to squeeze into 8 pages. We probably got a little too detailed for the Jam, but really glad you liked it!

I love the memory mechanic, such a great idea, and adds so much flavor and tension to the adventure.

I love it, thematic and unique. The brewer who plays in my campaign will definitely be into it!

That's really exciting to hear! When you do, let me know how it went!

Monster templates is a great idea, and really well executed here. Great job!

I really liked the isometric map. Also the confrontation in Room 10 is great stuff.

I like the unconventional approach to a gauntlet adventure. Good stuff!

I like the concept. Having other things to spend GP and XP on is a novel idea and adds a little bit more control to players in terms of how they'd like to experience progression through play.

I think it could use a little more detail however. For example, the table for Investment results goes up to 14 with a (+) on this entry, but the way that table functions (1d8 + Community Investment bonus) you can't get above a a 14 with the way its written currently.

But again, really great idea!
